Tribble sign up Broken.
Bug: Page keeps refreshing when you press the "Sign Up!" Button. New accounts if they havent joined holodeck before signing up can sign up.

Hearts and minds confusion... Start date?
The blog says the 13th, but then at the bottom it says available from 12th to the 14th. Color me confused. I also cant find the mission in game.

Missing item
I was doing the mission Time &Tide and had completed the mission but didnt receive my reward I chose the Admiral box which was suppose to contain a tier 6 ship and fleet tokens . This on the 9th just before the update . Did anyone else miss this item?

Awakening Crashing
I've been trying to play the new Awakening content, but everything keeps crashing. I can get to the end of the mission and seal the rift, but it instantly crashes. I tried doing the new TFO but it was crashing every five minutes. Anyone else having these issues?

New Sentinels mission unplayable
I warp to the donatu system, I click on start, mission starts, I move to the first waypoint but nothing works from there. No interaction option shows up. Maybe restart. I warp out but cant warp in because no interaction option shows up. I move around abit with the same result. I drop the mission, start all over, warp to the donatu system even tho Im still sitting right next to it, no interaction option shows up.

Suggestion: Wearable Accolades
I noticed that the accolades in-game look like medals, yet you can't wear them. What would be useful, not only for those who like character creation but also as incentive for you to go out and get accolades, would be a new expandable interface above badges in the tailor. It could have 5-10 slots, each reflective of a different slot on your uniform's chest, and when you clicked on the slot it would take you to the accolade screen. From there, you could select one and it would show up on your uniform, adjacent from your badge\insignia.
Currently accolades only get you points and, occasionaly, +2% stat buffs. This would make most of the others worth the effort of grinding for them.
On a more money-making side, if Cryptic need more convincing, they could monetize the accolade system by selling extra accolade slots. That may make them more inclined to add the feature to the game.

Feature Request: Search filter for the "Accolades" tab
From the patch notes for 08/29/2019:
Thank you for the new search boxes. The "Accolades" tab could really use a search box too. It's a pain to have to scroll through hundreds of accolades to find the one you want.
Also, the "Ships" tab in the C-Store could use a faction filter. Some of the other tabs like "Ship Bundles" could use a faction filter too, but "Ships" has the most items.

Wrong Beam Colors
At least two beam types, Fleet Andorian Phasers (I know they don't make them anymore) and Romulan Plasma, are turning the wrong color when Beam Overload is activated. The Andorian phasers turn from blue to orange, and the Romulan plasma beams turn from bluish green to light blue. This has been going on for almost three weeks.

Pets in "Mycelial Realm"
Is there a reason why the "Shard of Possibilities" works in "Mycelial Realm", but "Security Escort" and the "Bio-Engineered Furiadon" don't? I'm not sure what other pets work or don't work in that mission.

Patrol Kinjun System, Patrol is spelled wrong on the mission box
When one goes to a certain quadrant of the galaxy map, there is a Patrol mission called Patol Kinjun System instead of saying Patrol Kinjun System. Please fix this while revamping the Patrols that you are doing, Cryptic. Thanks. ![:)]( ":)")

How can one solve the puzzle in the latest episode?
I have no idea what I'm doing. Randomly manipulating the controls is failing. I can't deliberately adjust them because they all look the same, and I have no clue how to do what the game seems to think I know how to do. I keep doing it wrong and Stamets or whatever his name is keeps hinting that I'm stupid or something. Bottom line...I cannot finish the episode.

Why is my character always treated like a junior officer?
Most of the content in this game treats my toon, regardless of rank, like a junior officer. Captain so in so wants something done, I am ordered to do it. Commander whatchamacallit needs a grunt to do his dirty work, he calls me and tells me to do it. Lieutenant whozit needs an assignment completed, contact me and tell me to get it done. This is not the case in every mission, but most of them. In the most recent mission where Andoria is attacked, Captain whatshername is upset that her home is attacked and wants someone to get some answers and rather than doing it herself, I have to do it. I understand that my character is often central to a lot of these events, but treat me like my rank matters dagnabbit! If you want my help, request it. Stop talking to me like I am the junior officer. Next person who tries to order me about that doesn't our rank me is gonna find out what it's like to scrub the engineering room of a 21st century tugboat with some tweezers.

We finally received the results from Mayo Clinic on of all days her birthday the 30th. It is not good.
I will not pull punches and sugar coat this.
Denise has a rare in postmenopausal women aggressive cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma. It is a soft tissue cancer in her uterus. She is facing chemo, radiation and surgery followed by more chemo and radiation. The long term outlook is not great 40 odd percent past five years. They cannot operate now as the surgery itself would spread the cancer through her body.
Thank you all for the kind words and thoughts. We will get through this and I know we will have many years together after this battle.
