Unable to choose prefix for shuttles (Ex. R.R.W.)

I was just getting the some of the Romulan ships and wanted to change the names. I choose the Scorpion Fighter for one of my Federation characters. For the normal ships you can still pick between U.S.S. or R.R.W., but you can not choose for the shuttles. Now I have a Scorpion Fighter with a U.S.S. prefix. I would rather be able to keep the R.R.W. prefix. Could you please look into this. I don't really care if there is a choice, I would rather keep the prefix that comes with the ship but it gives me no choice it just changes the prefix to U.S.S. ....

Show off Screenies of your Romulan and Jem Hadar Faction characters In Star Fleet/Kdf Uniforms.

Since its now open to us. For player Romulan and Jem'Hadar characters to wear the uniforms of their allies. I thought I would make a thread so people can show off screenshots of their Jemmies and Romulans in the uniform of their allies! Doesn't really matter which uniform but it has to be the uniforms unavaible until awakening. Note that Liberated Romulans and Remans have not been given the options yet since they are still working on opening them up for those races so I'd expect remans and liberated romulans to have the options either next week or the week after next week. So only Regular Romulan REpublic ROmulans and Romulan Republic aliens can wear the uniforms of their allies at the moment.

To start it out here is a couple of screenshots of my romulan standing next to Admiral Quinn. I'm really looking foward to seeing all the Romulan's and Jemmies in Starfleet and Kdf Uniforms.

well, I must say that the old ones was better. the animations for the feminine stance are really weird, not natural at all. So weird, that I changed the stance of my main.

so I opened a divergence lock box ground kit thinking I would get a engineering kit on my engineering captain to get a [Starfleet Frontier Tactical Kit Mk XII [HP] [KP/Wpn] [KPerf] [Proc] [Regen]] not a problem I thought ill send this to my Tac to find its character bound and I cant put it in my account bank :|
can I please have my key back as it was a total waste :/

p.s tried to submit a in game bug report twice to find I cant and get no report code.

Leveling Mastery at Argala

In Argala, we used to be able to do 4 of 5 waves, exit the system, rinse and repeat until we completed the mastery.

I went to Argala, did 4 waves, exited, and couldn't get patrol to start again.

Is there a trick to doing it now or is this no longer possible?

T5 lobi ships should be lowered cost or put in lockbox.

I mean unless you guys can give me a "Good" reason why they shouldn't, admiralty card isn't that good a reason. At 800 lobi, I don't see a reason to buy them at any point anymore when T6 is 100 lobi away. T5 lockbox ships are semi-cheap, and people collect them for admiralty or just to fly, I have a few on my old main. Feels like common sense to me.

I could totally be in the minority though and everyone is just blowing 800 lobi on an inferior product when the next one up is a little over 10% more expensive, but from what I see that doesn't seem to be the case, if I see a T5 flown nowadays it's either the Galor from the 3-ship bundle that's given to you, or older event ships. You want it to keep costing lobi? Ok, but make it affordable.

Kits from the new Divergence Kelvin lock box automatically bind to the character that opens them when you open the pack.

I'm stuck with three Sci kits on a tactical character now...

The spine tingling mission, Hearts and Minds, returns to all platforms this week in honor of Friday the 13th!"
Except it isn't showing up at all on PS4.
On PC, it's there and in the ingame calendar, but it isn't active on PS4, neither is it in the ingame calendar there.

If my memory serves me correctly, this happened the last time we had a 'Friday 13th' but wasn't acknowledged at all then, just as it seems to not be getting any acknowledgement this time.

Starship trait "Unstable Anomalies" not working at all.

Hey all, so I got a paradox dreadnought a few months ago and I really like what its mastery trait is theoretically supposed to do. Basically, whenever gravity well, tyken's rift, chronometric inversion field, and timeline collapse expires, unstable anomalies kicks in and deals additional kinetic damage as well as lowers accuracy and damage output. I I experimented with this trait a few months ago and confirmed that unstable anomalies only kicks in when gravity well expires. It doesn't seem to work for the other 3 boff abilities. Here's the combat log for verification:

In line 63, you can see that the trait activates after gravity well expires. However, this doesn't happen for any of the other abilities.

I tested it again yesterday, and now I'm not seeing any indications of this trait activating at all -- not even with gravity well.

What is going on? I'm a free-to-play player and I grinded a lot to get this ship. I would be extremely disappointed if all my efforts were for nothing.

Doesn't appear to be in News and Events or Incoming Hails.

On 23c character that's completed the mission previously and received the rewards (doff, Lirpa, Val'reth title), have a Franklin Drake section under Incoming Hails, but only "Traelus System - Satellite Repair" mission - "Hearts and Minds" is conspicuous by its absence.

On Discovery character, don't even have a Incoming Hails section from Franklin Drake at all.

Someone forget to activate the event?

Hearts and minds confusion... Start date?

The blog says the 13th, but then at the bottom it says available from 12th to the 14th. Color me confused. I also cant find the mission in game.

"Frozen" stuck and can't progress

I've been trying to get through the mission "Frozen," but I can't progress past the fight with the Mogai heavy warbird. I approach the Reman scout, the Mogai appears and attacks me, and then the Reman disappears during the fight. After destroying the Mogai, the mission objective changes back to "Follow Reman Scout," but the scout isn't there and there are no objective markers.

I've tried restarting the client and dropping and restarting the mission, but it always gets stuck at that exact point. I opened ticket #5,600 for this.

New Que/Patrol request with mobs - Rebel Klingons/Salt Vamps

Need ground and space kills for these npcs... Salt Vamps probably dont have spaceships thou.

So far Salt vamps can pop up in Arena but.... um yeah. Dont really do Arena outside of events and it's hit or miss that they even show up.

Get more Star Trek feel, with some simple(?) visual tweaks.

Just a couple of ideas to make the Game feel a bit more like Star Trek, instead of Starship troopers.

- Instead of making enemy ships explode, can we please have a toggle to just disable them? (at least in solo missions)
Similar like in the early AoY missions where you disable infected Starfleet ships.
It feels really tireing to annihilate that many NPC crews in a STAR TREK game, whereas we could just diable their ships without killing all of them.
Isn't this what Star Trek was once about in the first place?

- Add a slider to change the amount of Visual FX in Space AND ground, or make them at least less visible. To say amount of Visual FX, especially in Battlezones was excessive would be an understatement. There's so much going on, even in Ground Missions, (like Arena of Sompek for ex.) you cometimes can't see anything at all. That's not fun at all.

- Add a toggle to reduce the visual Ship Energy weapons to one single beam (one fore/aft). This would reduce the visual clutter and enhance the feel like in the shows. This could maybe be done via visual slot at the Ship Status swindow, where you can put other visuals for the ships shields for example.


All things considered, the game feels and looks much more Star Trek in early stage of the game, especially after the tutorial until Captain imo.
After that, the visuals slowly gets more and more to a point where the visual overload becomes so excessive, its overwhelming and tiring to be honest.

Again, less is more.
