Free T6 Ship Bug
So here is my situation. Completed the everyday missions for mostly every day of the first two promotions to get the free T6 ship. I checked the news for STO later and saw the third one was on, so I did it every day right away, only to realize I started too late and when it ended I was only 50 tokens away, or one more play through the mission, out of 3000. I had been doing these missions for months, and it was a drag that there was only one day left. The only way to still get it was to pay $10 to get 1000, that of which 950 would go to waste. So i contacted support and they told me to send in screenshots which I did, and they said as a one time courtesy they would grant me the 50 tokens. They emailed me back saying they added it but I checked and they weren't there. The bug is that they seem not able to add 50 tokens after the event has closed. They then told me that as a one time courtesy they would just give me he Free T6 prize from the event, but only if I write a bug report so here it is! Hope this is helpful!

How can one solve the puzzle in the latest episode?
I have no idea what I'm doing. Randomly manipulating the controls is failing. I can't deliberately adjust them because they all look the same, and I have no clue how to do what the game seems to think I know how to do. I keep doing it wrong and Stamets or whatever his name is keeps hinting that I'm stupid or something. Bottom line...I cannot finish the episode.

Paul Stamets VO is way to quiet
Having trouble hearing him over most ambient noises in game, if space combat is going on, almost impossible to hear what he's saying.
A volume boost would be nice. Have checked Audio Settings (first thing I did, as the accent of the VO in Defend SB1 is grating! and may have turned it down around that time!)

Mycelial Realm Glitched/Bugged Fight with Captains
A few of us just spent over an hour trying to fight off the Captains on one of the islands. I can't remember what they are called. The objective on the island in the Mycelial Realm is to disable the computers, kill the bad guys and make sure some gas doesn't get out. Well, the Captains you fight have these shields and the Briefing mentions that their shields are defective and will drop because they aren't consistent or something. Well, the shields never dropped and they took 0 damage until a player joined and had Concussive Tachyon Emission which slowly took down the shield bar over the course of the hour, but they still had shields after. I don't know if anyone else had a session/instance with the bug but this makes it hard to play.

Cant copy a Character to Testserver
i've been trying to get onto Tribble for months and months now, without any success.
the problem is, the site thats supposed to let me select a character to copy to Testserver doesnt work right.
i follow the steps and when the Site with the red "sign up" button comes up, i click but it only refreshes the site, i never got a dropdown menu to select a character as should happen according to the info text.
(the site i talk about is this one: https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/sto i found "other" ways in several posts how to get to tribble, however every single one ends at this site, and the problem remains, no matter on which route i got there, the site doesnt give a dropdown select menu, it just keeps refreshing upon clicking the red button -.-)
i tryed with delete the cache first, go in with Private mode, tryed it over ARC, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, and nothing helps.
after months i finaly jumped my shadow and tryed to get help from support. they said they cant help me, due to the Devs themselfs being in charge of anything related to the testservers.
after the addition of the new testing map with parser and all, my girlfriend i play with for years now has signed up, and she could get all done instantly, and her account is even older than mine, so now im at a loss since i cant go there and test our builds together to optimise my support role in our team, i cant help my fleet members on our Fleet team setup and thats realy sad, after playing STO for years and being owner of god-knows how many douzen ships from the shop, i had realy loved to maximise the builds and maybe in the future help to test new things and be a productive member of the community and help to trouble shoot bugs and other issues that can only be found by playing content.
Please dear Devs, if theres anything u can do to help, id appreciate it endlessly (and my girlfriend too, since she realy likes to optimise our teamplay and try new things together)

Kelvin timeline intel dreadnought oversized? Why??
I cant understand why this ship has been oversized like that, its size was reasonable big enough before, but now it makes huge ships like the Tholian Tarantula and Iconian Dreadnought feel tiny compared to it.
Im a fan of massive ships, carriers and all, but it feels like that ship has been ridiculously oversized for the sake of eye candy. Seems like Cryptic has a thing for massive ships now, but if you wanna go on that course I think you should rework several other ships that feel ridiculous now, and also, massive ships moving like frigates is just pathetic. I really think massive ships should have a different 'feel', they should be heavy, slow, no matter how much equipment to increase turn rate and speed you put on them. Tired of seeing massive ships that manuver like shuttles

Discovery: Confused about writer intent and fan reception of Mirror G
Let me start by saying I absolutely understand the love for the real life actres, Michelle Yeoh. That said, Mirror G is literally space hitler. She is the hardest core of hard core fascists, and the complete opposite of everything woke. And yet, it seems the writers are trying to make her a likable character? And a decent amount of fans actually do like her character? How are either of these things possible?

We finally received the results from Mayo Clinic on of all days her birthday the 30th. It is not good.
I will not pull punches and sugar coat this.
Denise has a rare in postmenopausal women aggressive cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma. It is a soft tissue cancer in her uterus. She is facing chemo, radiation and surgery followed by more chemo and radiation. The long term outlook is not great 40 odd percent past five years. They cannot operate now as the surgery itself would spread the cancer through her body.
Thank you all for the kind words and thoughts. We will get through this and I know we will have many years together after this battle.

Hair: Short Flares - Version 2 specular is way too bright and white

The shine on the hair here doesn't look even kind of right. It looks (sort of) good if the hair is set to white, but any other color and it looks awful. It's too bright and it's too white. It needs to be dialed way back. It is a fairly obvious white color even in dark areas with weak light sources.
