Quick equip bug

So I was clearing out some gear in a character's bank, claiming some new admiralty ships etc. I had already dismissed a few ships and I was going to store some gear on that character's Nandi. So I had the ship selected and I decided to put in an old VR MK XIV Assimilated Subtranswarp Engine. I double clicked on it and it disappeared. I spent the next few minutes checking all of my ships, no luck, and then I tried clicking on an impulse engine slot, and I finally saw the engine. The game says the engine is equipped to a ship I had discarded earlier, apparently it had been in a loadout file on that ship and now the item is not accessible. I can see it in the quick equip menu but I cannot retrieve it.

Founded in 2008, Stonewall Fleet is one of Star Trek Online's oldest and largest fleets, and we're proudly the premier gāy, lésbian, bisexual, transgender and ally fleet within the game! With 396 members and 1,345 characters, we always have players online. We're also the Alpha fleet in an active armada! Stonewall is always recruiting for new members and while Stonewall Fleet's official presence is in the PC version of Star Trek Online, we also have active fleets in both console editions. Stonewall Fleet operates four fleets on the PC platform:
  • Stonewall Fleet (Level 80) -- Main Federation Fleet
  • House of Nagh reD (Level 80) -- Main Klingon Fleet
  • Deep Space Stonewall (Level 80) -- Alternate Federation Fleet
  • Stonewall Legion (Level 77) -- Romulan Themed Fleet

Swarm Glitched

In Swarm, after we do the first phase, with the Jem ships....it does not continue....not right away, anyhow.


3 of the team left, and after 10 minutes or so, it continued....me and one more player against the entire Swarm. Long waiting....but was exciting.
Might wanna take a look at that. :)

Achilles class Starship

The Achilles Class made it's Debut in the star trek dominion wars video game, I have always wondered why this design has not been brought into STO. i'd love to see this class added.

I personally think if it was to be added that The Achilles class should be classified as a torpedo escort.

"Beneath The Skin" Episode Bug

In the final part of the "Beneath The Skin" episode ("Silent Reprisal"; when the player battles a Sheshar Dreadnought), it appears that if it is played in an Elachi player ship, the mission won't progress. After I switched to a non-Elachi ship, the mission progressed properly. I played the mission in an Ornash Battlecruiser twice and both times, I was stuck on the "Defeat Elachi Ships" portion, even though all ships were defeated. I haven't tested the episode on a different Elachi ship, so I'm not sure if this issue is inclusive of all Elachi player ships, particular Elachi player ships, or just the Ornash.

I like most of the new missions, but I can't stand this one. Who thought it would be a good idea to add one of those annoying mini games DURING combat? I have only played this mission once. Is the mini game still there? Please get rid of that. It wrecks an otherwise cool mission!

The event tab is flashing and there's an exclamation point next to the Mycelial Crisis words and at the bottom it says congratulations claim reward to unlock daily bonuses but there is no claim button anywhere on the page?

Trouble Joining Test Servers

Whenever I go to the page to sign up for the STO test servers, when I hit the "Sign In" button, the page just refreshes. There is no drop down to copy a character or anything else. I have contacted game support, but they were no help. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, ho do I fix it?

Section 31 rifle causing crashes.. for others!

I don't have the rifle but heard of issues people have been having. Recently I've experienced a number of blue-screens during ground based TFO's and after a couple of instances, I can only suspect that it was someone else using the rifle that caused me to crash out (and to add insult to injury, give me a leaver penalty)

Honestly, I've rarely had crashes on PS4 until the rifle arrived on the scene.

Rom-Fed Tac only having Romulan and KDF uniform options

Level 24 Fed-aligned Romulan. Yesterday I added 2 Romulan Engineering Boffs and a Romulan Science Boff to my active roster. Had no problems changing their outfits to the standard "Odyssey" uniform. Today, I add a Romulan Female Tactical Boff, and the clothing options the new Boff has access to are the Romulan and standard KDF uniforms. I deleted this Boff and replaced it with another Tactical Boff, and am having the same problem. I really don't want to delete another of my Romulan Tac Boffs and hope that this might just be an isolated incident with a couple of bugged Boffs.

Is this an known issue since Romulans and/or their Boffs are having their uniform options being tweaked?

Somerville Ship name remains after changing it

Purchased the Somerville and upon opening changed her name to my preferred one (to fit with the rest of my ships). However the default name the ship came with still dispays on the hull.
Even after changing maps (as sometimes a map change corrects things) the ship display name still remains as the default one.

Liberty Task Force (FED) and Liberty Honor Guard (KDF) are still recruiting (PC only). Please consider us as you Star Trek Online fleet. Here is a little bit about us...

Our Mission:

Liberty Task Force is a Star Trek Online gaming fleet that was established on April 28th, 2013. Since that time we have grown and are now made up of 3 FED fleets: Liberty Task Force (Lv81), Pride of the Federation (Lv81), & Liberty Guardians (Lv77) and 2 KDF fleets Liberty Honor Guard (Lv 77) & Pride of the Empire (lv77). Our mission and goal was to create a fun and friendly gaming community for both new and veteran players, and that's exactly what we have accomplished. We started this fleet with one key central idea in mind: that every member, whether their rank be high or low, has a voice on fleet business and that their voice be heard and acknowledged. That's why, along with a fair and highly structured ranking system, we proudly boast a voting system for major fleet amendments, regulations, activities, and events including major fleet holding projects. We believe that the fleet belongs to all its members not just the top few or the "in-crowd". Our ranking system is based on contributions to the fleet and your first promotion basically unlocks everything but the fleet vaults, and there is plenty of room for advancement for those that seek it. Nevertheless, we also welcome "solo" players that want the benefits of a fleet without having to commit a lot of time, effort, contributions, or having to pass all kinds of online gaming tests or roll-calls. The only requirement is you have to register on our website.

We are laid-back and respectful players. We do not judge anyone based on race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, economic status, political and religious beliefs, or your gaming style (so long as it doesn't impede with anyone else's). We won't berate and yell at you if you have to leave an STF or Fleet Action in the middle of the mission because the family or real-life come calling; we understand we have those too. If you want to learn the game, this is a great fleet to be in. If you want to teach new players the in's and out's of the game, this is a great fleet to be in. If you simply are looking for a group of friends that share similar interests, this is a great fleet to be in. We have members from all over the world; from across the U.S.A. to across parts of Europe so there is bound to be someone online on our website or in-game with whom to interact with. In fact our Admiralty is filled with players in the United States as well as across Europe so getting a hold of one of us is as easy as sending a quick message on the website or a request in our fleet and armada chat channels, and we always have room for more who want to take on a leadership role in the fleet.

We offer opportunities and activities for both the casual and hard-core gamer alike. Everyone is welcome and we offer PvE in STF's and Fleet Actions, as well as PvP events. We also have fleet activities where members can win great in-game prizes like ship boxes, keys, EC, and more. Again, we are also happy to house the "solo" player that just likes to play the episodes or foundry missions or just grind with their character. We sport an active website with forums, galleries, chat, and much more including Team Speak to communicate with each other within the game.

Our fleets are also part of a large armada (STOFA) filled with many wonderful and friendly players to socialize or team up with as well. Currently on the FED side our Armada level is 1032 and for the KDF level 896.
