Unable to Claim T3 Nebula

Ticket Reference # 190803-000758
Trying to claim the T3 Nebula that I purchased a long time ago for Admiralty, but unable to do so. To every character that does not have the ship in their roster, it shows as costing 1,000 Zen. To those who do have it, both the Zen store and the Ship Vendor both also show as still costing that same amount, but in addition, they are unable to purchase, showing as "You already have this item in your inventory." All the other ships that I have purchased don't have this problem, as far as I can tell, and all show as "Available" (within the respected factions).
The first character to own this was most likely my character Orica around the time of her Commander promotion, dated around 8/1/2011, 7:35 AM, and more than likely purchased with Cryptic points before the Zen switchover

Pavyl on risa not spawning to give quest but is for others

I've been trying to complete the risa accolades but have not been able to talk to Pavyl as he is not spawning at all. for my main char. I waited till night and went to all the locations to see if I had already accepted his quest but he is not at any location or spawning in his spot on the beach. His accolads are the only ones I need to get the duty officers for risa. This has been frustrating. Ive submitted reports and was told to leave a message here.

my fleet credits/Zen are both gone i haven't bought anything in days my fleet credit was at 100000 and zen was at 500 no my zen is gone and my fleet credits are at 4,109 what the double hockey sticks.. I don't think they will get my stuff back especaily fleet credits

Hey there. Silly Idea. I love my ships. Tho some I feel I have on the wrong toon on my account. Maybe an idea might be to have us pay a small fee (Dil or Zen or EC) to repack the ship and move it to another toon on the account..Say from my Fed Rom Eng to my Fed Tac Hooman.

I know some would say.."Buy the Ship again for the toon you wanted it on".. Well No..im not going to do that. They stay where they are if thats the case.

But I would be willing to pay a smaller fee to move some of my older ships to a diff toon on my account.

The Queen is Actually A Glitch that infected the Hive

I do not know if this Theory makes Sense to people and if its new or an old Theory, I been watching Voyager First Contact in wake of the Star Trek Picard Trailer and the Theories that Dahj is actually a Former Borg Queen. I am here to tell you She is not and here is why i think that is! We See the Borg as a Hive mind one mind in control over everything, and to organize these thoughts the collective created a Hub that can organize the Thought Patterns of Trillions of Drones that's where the Queen Sets in. She was not to Control the Hive but to kept minds Organize and P refection but there was a Glitch in the Programming of the Hub and thus the Queen is Born she as the mind of her own and thus begun to control the collective. The Queen in herself is basically a Glitch and with this craziness of perfection in controlling all life in the universe She basically the Reason why the Borg sought Perfection because Queen her self is a glitch and she need to satisfy her self for Perfection. So where dose Dahj fit in to all this why the Theory of her not the Queen well the Queen is Program that lives in the Hive and she uses Borg Avatars that she Creates to interact with Beings that she find most fascinating as well able to interact with the Collective personally but this is a Failed in it self we seen in Endgame and in First Contact when the Queen Dies so dose the collective and why is that because She is a Hub and she should be living with in the Collective herself. Unless she makes Back up of her self with in the Subspace network of the Borg Collective the Borg Will Die that is why Dahj is not the Queen and why the Queen is a major Glitch and Weakness with in the collective!!!

Wanted: T6 Patrol Escort, Pach Raptor, and Ha'Feh bundle

I am glad to see many of the classic staples get new T6 versions, particularly a T6 Vor'Cha, Sovy, Excelsior, and Nebula.

I would like to see these three STO original designs get new T6 and Fleet T6 versions. In particular I think they would be great chassis for either Command or Miracle Worker Escorts. We have a boat load of Temporal and Pilot Escorts, but almost no Miracle or Command Escorts.

Here is my layout proposals:
T6 Fleet Patrol Escort (Maelstrom/Tempest)
Officer Slots: CDR Tac/Specialization, LTCDR Eng, LTCDR Universal, Lt Sci/Specialization, Ens Universal
Consoles: 5 Tac, 4 Eng, 2 Sci
Admiralty: 40 Eng, 60 Tac, 25 Sci

T6 Fleet Pach Raptor Escort
Officer Slots: CDR Tac/Specialization, LTCDR Universal, Lt Eng, Lt Sci, Lt Universal/Specialization
Consoles: 5 Tac, 4 Eng, 2 Sci
Admiralty 40 Eng, 55 Tac, 30 Sci

T6 Fleet Ha'Feh Escort Warbird
Officer Slots: CDR Tac/Specialization, LTCDR Universal, Lt Sci, Lt Eng/Specialization, Ens Universal
Consoles: 5Tac, 3 Eng, 3 Sci
Admiralty 35 Eng, 55 Tac, 35 Sci

For the console on the T6, give the Pach and the Ha'Feh the Nadion Bomb that the Patrol Escort enjoys and for the T6 Patrol Escort give it the Graviton Pulse Console and make those two an item set.

For the item set and the Starship Trait, one could be a boost to mines and destructable torpedoes while the other could be a boost to torpedo abilities and/or cool downs. The theme being that all three ships act as artillery platforms.

Upcoming T6 Voth Ships

I love they are adding them in game, even if its via lockbox. I generally like the bastion has command spec commands and the palisade has temporal spec commands too. The Voth Zepellin(Bulwark) is missing but I still love the coming ships. This more or less started with updating the Tholian ships a while ago. I hope they continue updating the old "neutral" races ships to T6 - undine for example do not have even one T6.

While there are many things i dont like too among those cryptic has done or plans to do, my take on this front, keep up the good work Cryptic. I also believe its a fairly cheap way to bring new ships to T6 since they dont need to design them from scratch, just improve them if possible, add trait, console, spec sit and possibly spec commands.

What is your opinion on that and would you like more unalligned(neutral) races ships getting T6 versions in the future?

TFO Queue Issue

On one of my characters(Gunzou), I am unable to join any TFOs because it says I am queued up for a Red Alert Tholian TFO. But the Queue tab says none. I cannot back out of the TFO or join any others. If I am on a team, I get kicked when that team starts a TFO. I have logged out and in, waited for hours offline, and sent in a ticket for this issue. Can someone please help me? I do not want to delete this character because of a bug.

Service outages happen once in a while. Sit tight! We're aware of the outage, and we're working to restore service."

Edit: when it finally returns to main screen, just says in red:

"Connection to the server timed out. Please try again later."

Edit: ...and it appears to be back. What happened... cleaning crew unplugged a server to plug in a vacuum?

This promotion would get me more excited if I were guaranteed to get the Discovery Constitution Class vessel. Since I am only really guaranteed to get lobo crystals, it’s really not that exciting. Ships like that added to the store gets me more excited, because even if I can’t afford it right now, but I probably will in the future. So, it’s nice to know it will be available when I can afford it. Spending $100 on boxes just to get 1000 Lobi is not worth it. But I’m stupid. So I probably will; Even though I purchased the Lifetime Membership, 4 Mega Ship Bundles, and a great whole lot more. “A CHANCE AT THE SHIP”. Total BS

Off-peak role-players, unite!

I'm British, and there are rarely any other RPers around when I log into STO and the role-play-focused fleets I've looked at usually seem to schedule their RP events, the ones where they actually do anything rather than just stand around talking about it, for what for me is the middle of the night. Sound familiar?

Role-players from Europe, from Asia, or anyone else who just happens to have a schedule such that they can't play in American peak hours, have a bit of a raw deal. In STO there isn't any one fleet, that I know of, that has enough of us together to give a decent chance of having someone to play with. Of course, if there is any such fleet, one which genuinely is busy at off-peak times, and with actual role-play going on, I'd be very glad to hear about it.

I think we need to all get together somehow. Added together across the game, there might be a decent number of us, and we could organise RP events in our own hours, or not necessarily even events but just "next Tuesday from 5pm GMT is RP day, look out DS9".

We could start a fleet, or all flock to one existing fleet. But speaking for myself, I want to stay with the fleet I'm currently in, at least with my two mains. The other option is we could just form a cross-fleet group via the forum.
