Styx Dreadnought Cruiser Bridge

Ok I've mentioned this before on other posts but I wanted to give it's own post, I absolutely love everything about the new Styx ship, it's everything I wanted a Terran dreadnought to be and more, all except for the bridge. Now I wasn't expecting a new unique bridge as most ships don't have them these days but as a DSC ship I was expecting for it to have one of the existing DSC bridges but instead we get this:

1X6hvNt.jpg

The same bridge that the Delta Rising alien ships had, and worst of all it's locked as this, I can't even use bridges I've paid for on the C-store with it. Now I get the idea that the 2 DSC bridges we already had are locked to Federation characters and as this is a multi-faction ship it can't use them and I was fine with that (though still wanted my c-store bridges), until I played the new mission and find out they actually made a Terran DSC bridge for it.

At no point in development did anyone think "we're making a mirror DSC bridge", "we're making a mirror DSC ship, could we use your bridge?".

I mean look at it, it's such a better fit.

Now I don't know if it's possible at this stage for this bridge to be turned into a player bridge or not? it's just a wasted opportunity if not, but please unlock the bridge so I can at least pick one from the bridges I've paid for.

During the "Storm clouds gather" mission i got caught with a warp core breach due to the amount of exploding hurq vessels in the area, however the damage history was showing damage from "battle of binary stars" that was on a totally different character.

I am using Windows Server for everything. This is because Windows server doesn't have telemetry in it and because it doesn't have modern apps, it's faster and more reliable.

After new patch i get Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 is no longer supported error.

I am currently using Windows Server 2019, which is same as Windows 10 1809 and still get this error message, so game is not even checking what windows version i am using.

I tested:
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012 R2
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2019

NONE OF THEM WORK, ALL OF THEM SUPPORT AT LEAST DirectX 11 or higher with feature levels of 11_1 or HIGHER, with Windows Server 2019 supporting Ray Tracing and WDDM 2.5.

Please FIX THIS, so that game checks for version instead of just giving generic error about server 2003.

Ship gear randomly being reassigned.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I'll enter a DSE or something, and find my ship isn't equipped properly. Usually, the gear from my shuttle gets put on my main ship, and the main ship's gear is dumped to the inventory. Occasionally, it will transfer gear from one of my other ships to my main ship... again, all apparently at random.

Is this a known bug? If so, I'll report it in the appropriate forum. I just wanted to ask about it first.

Terran Fortune Tribbles

These Tribbles, made from any other Tribble eating a Terran Fortune Cookie, have a very strange social problem. If you have one in your inventory, and probably any bank, along with (apparently) any other kind of Tribble, save for other Terran Fortune Tribbles, it will turn into a Cannibal Tribble. I have no idea if this is a bug or intended behavior, being that they come from the Mirror Universe, so I'm posting this here as a warning.

A friend told me that he was getting a bunch of Cannibal Tribbles without the normal food items that you need to make them, so I started testing various combos to see what was happening. When one left in the inventory with just a Cannibal Tribble turned, I figured that maybe it was an oddball reaction, that the Cannibal ate it and somehow converted it directly to another Cannibal, rather than a Carcass. Then I set up a few other experiments, one with just 2 Terran Fortune Tribbles, 1 with a Terran Fortune Tribble and a common Tribble, and 1 with a Terran Fortune Tribble and a unique Tribble. The 2 Terran Fortune Tribbles lived in harmony, while the Terran Fortune Tribbles with the common and unique Tribble neighbors both turned into Cannibals at feeding time.

Historically, (at least for the last few years) there is a mega bundle release shortly after the start of the Anniversary Event. If there is concrete info I'm not aware of it, so I'm curious about what you predict, expect, or simply would like to see in a mega bundle.

Emperor's Sword (Lobi weapon) not displaying or unholstering.

As it says on the box, when equipped, the Emperor's Sword does not physically show on the toon, and using "H" to unholster it does nothing. The sword will appear when you make an attack and remain visible until you holster it, when it becomes invisible again and once again cannot be unholstered normally.

Obedience is Victory

This starship trait does not appear to be working when used on a Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier equipped with attack ships. After I've summoned the 4 max attack ships, the trait does not seem to summon a 5th attack ship. I suspect that the carrier ship maximum for attack ships (4) is overriding the starship trait. Is this intended, or a bug?

(And before anyone points it out, yes, I'm quite aware that there are far better traits to slot over this one. I just thought it would be fun to fly the carrier with essentially 5 attack ships.)

A Happy Privilege: A collaborative project to celebrate a special occasion

As you may already be aware, over the holidays there was something of a "royal wedding" within the Foundry community. On her gaming livestream last week, and then on Twitter, former longtime STO dev/Foundry patron saint Maria "Zeronius Rex" Rosseau (now on the MTG dev team) delivered the bombshell news that she and veteran Foundry author johnnysnowball had just gotten married.

She did add that it was just a quick civil ceremony, and that they would have a proper one later in 2019. Nonetheless, this joyous and momentous occasion calls for a Foundry mission to commemorate it - and since I'd already been kicking around the idea of doing a wedding scene in one of my future projects, I have taken it upon myself to do the honors. The mission will be called "A Happy Privilege" (referencing James Kirk's opening remarks at the wedding in TOS "Balance of Terror") and I've already come up with a basic "plot" for it (see below). However, I don't want this to just be my own project, but to open it up to the STO Foundry community at large.

If you have one or two characters (they can be your in-game toons and/or NPCs from your own missions) that you would like to be a guest at this Foundry wedding, please RSVP in this thread with their names, species and genders so I can at least make rudimentary costumes for them. (Don't post or send complete slider settings just yet, as the Foundry costume editor is currently bugged so I may not be able to do finished costumes at this time.) First come, first served, as there is a limit of 50 custom NPC costumes in a Foundry project (and I do intend to max that out, with my own characters if I have to).

Also, for the reception portion of the mission I plan to let the player wander the map and talk to the guests, so if you have any optional dialogue you'd like to write for your characters, you can include that too, or post it later. (I'm not too concerned about spoilers for this mission, so you can just post your dialogue right in this thread, with or without spoiler tags.) Also be sure to let me know where/what you want your characters to be doing during the reception (sitting at a table, at the bar, on the dance floor or whatever). I will also be writing dialogue for various Cryptic NPCs I plan to have in attendance. I intend this to be a light-hearted comedic mission, and a celebration not only of the happy couple but also of all things STO and Foundry, including plenty of obscure references and in-jokes galore, so keep that in mind when writing your dialogue.

All authors who contribute characters and/or dialogue will be credited at the end of the mission.

* * *

Here is your fair warning of what you'd be getting your characters into: "A Happy Privilege" will consist of just two maps - one each for the ceremony and the reception. The "plot" of the mission will take place entirely on the ceremony map; the reception map will have no mission objectives, but be loaded with optional stuff for the player to do (not unlike the "post-credits" map I made at the end of "Valley of the Shadow III"). Here is the plot summary:
You might call it a mash-up of DS9 episodes "You Are Cordially Invited" and "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang", with a few of my own wrinkles. Capt. Shon of the Enterprise-F contacts the player to ask a favor: He was originally supposed to host this wedding aboard the Enterprise, but that ship is currently undergoing extensive system upgrades in drydock, so he asks the player to host the wedding aboard their ship instead, and of course to perform the ceremony too.

A holodeck program has been created to provide a tropical destination setting for the wedding and reception. It was supposedly written by "Felix", the same mysterious creator behind Vic Fontaine's program from the DS9 TV series. Unbeknownst to the player captain, it also contains one of Felix's infamous "jack-in-the-boxes"; in this case, it's triggered when the player captain signals for the ceremony to begin, but instead of gangsters, it merely leads to all manner of craziness in what had been expected to be a fairly conventional wedding ceremony. Luckily, the "out" for this jack-in-the-box is merely to make it through the ceremony despite all the craziness, and pronounce the couple as husband and wife.
