I have been levelling up my Romulus Reputation, but I have had the first two reputation missions (Shuttle Codes > Mountain Pass and Web Access) in my mission log for weeks, but cannot start any of them, I am now lvl 5 and have just got the 'Signal D'tan' mission which I cannot start either, Is there an option that I am missing, I have had a ticket open for weeks now.

No way to access episode "uneasy allies"
So, i recently re-installed STO. Before that i had unlocked ALL episodes so far in almost all my 24 characters. After reinstalled the game, i found out that it seems that everything i did was for nothing.. since i now have all episodes as if they were not completed. Well, thats one thing. The other thing...
I wanted to get the romulan navy set for my romulan boffs. Ok, so i know that now, because all my progress has been lost, i need to actually replay some episodes of the delta arc to the end to gain access again to "uneasy allies". Ok, patience, i guess.
Then, i see that apparently lol, i didnt even complete the kobali acts episodes, not even the first one.. oh my. Ok, more patience. I will start again.
And then i realized that after slotting the first act, and completed the first submission (the arc is compossed by 4 parts) "the cavaltry", i dont get any more points to advance. I dont have access to the next part anywhere, not from the consoles, not from the guy who gives em (the general located in the start point).
So, i cant progress through the delta arc, because of course i cant skip anything and basically i cant even do any episodes from there to almost future proof because everything is greyed out with no possibility to skip.
So, whats the deal??

Cannot complete Boldly They Rode (CTD)
The character I created back on Day 1 never had a chance to get his hands on a Shard of Possibilities so when I read that, thanks to Feature Episode replay, he could now do so I was very happy. The feeling was short lived however. Every time I get to part right after the scene where my character jumps across to the inner ring the game freezes or crashes to desktop. So i cannot get to the panel and enter DS9 meaning I cannot complete the Episode and get my much coveted Shard of Possibilities. I stopped trying after the 4th attempt. Please help! I really want my Shard.

Cryptic, make PvP more inviting
After today's endeavor the queues got filled for once, and with some matches i could realize the pain on the pugs. so lets check what needs to be done apart from fixing the scoreboard. There are 2 major different aspects between casual pugs and pvper's:
1- Gear, Build, Timings and Skill - this could be resolved by adding another type of queue in the PvP area, the (Competitive) queues, with this, the dedicated pvper's could have a room to play without pug stomping, and if you win three consecutive matches on the normal Queue, you will be automatically placed on the Competitive Queue, this would also help those who want to fight random people, or try builds without wrecking someone's game, or try to find someone for hours for a private match.
2- Map placement, Piloting, and Spawncamping - Mainly on Ground PvP, its very easy to be spawncamped, after you team starts losing in the beginning, its a snowball process, the team that starts winning, will probably end the match soon due to spawnkilling, i sugest the implementation of a new Respawn system, where you will always be respawned 40km on space and 50m on ground far from the nearest enemy or ally ( only includes players ). This will give time for pugs to use gambling device, change gear or doffs, in order to adapt to that same match.
It's just a suggestion, id like to know what you guys think, not even sure if the Devs still read the PvP Feedback anymore, but well, its worth the try

Finally, it's out--my first mission, Falling Star! (Needs reviewers)
Hi, everyone! After a year or so tinkering around with the Foundry on and off, I finally published my first mission:
Title: Falling Star
Mission ID: HQIH36HAW
Author: minababe
This is a Starfleet mission that involves some role playing. In it, you'll be a former graduate of The Academy who is asked to check in on a ship called The Exodus, being helmed by a former classmate, Captain Chloe Baxton. There are rumors that something has gone terribly wrong on her ship and you are asked to find out if the rumors are true or not. Although you were on friendly terms with her back in the day, a part of you is secretly wishing that the rumors are true, as you've always been envious of her successful career in Starfleet.
If you play it, please let me know what you think!

An Introduction to The House of Kular
NEH DAQ MAY' 'OH TLHINGAN TEH TLHINGAN
ONLY IN BATTLE IS A KLINGON TRULY KLINGON
The House of Kular, or HoK for short, is the United Federation of Planets (UFP) division responsible for the support of STO's Klingon faction, along with all Klingon-aligned Romulans.
HoK supports the Klingon faction through three primary fields: Fleet Management, Event Support, and Forum Support. HoK manages all of this with a great team of staff filling several different roles, including:
Battle Officers: HoKs front-line warriors responsible for the planing and hosting of events for UFP's Klingon population.
Battle Masters: The staff responsible for maintaining HoK's fleet holdings, and making sure there is always projects available for members to earn Fleet Credits.
Orion Syndicate Traders: Members entrusted with looking after HoK's fleet banks, and acquiring rare & expensive items to sell in our Fleet Shop at a discount.
Positions in these job rolls are often available for members who are interested in giving something back to the community.
What The House of Kular offers it members:
- Fleet Management: In total HoK manages a grand total of eight holdings and two banks spread across two fleets in-game, of which the main fleet has every upgrade complete (until they add the next one). Along with invites, promotions, Roll Call processing and the messages of the day - HoK is, partly, our in-game admin power-horse for the Klingon Defense Force.
- Event Support: If fleet management is the pint, events are the blood wine. Supported through a dedicated event team, the largest portion of HoK's staff sees to this field with complete focus. Including but not limited to all end-game PvE content runs, themed PvP events, Bat'leth competitions, and massive Fleet Days - there is something for everyone.
- Forum Support: Finally, HoK support's STO's Klingon faction on the UFP's forums. Under these forums members can discuss, among themselves, builds, upcoming content, make guides, and most importantly request an invite to the fleet.

To those interested in Armada Partnerships:
We are very interested in finding reputable and well-respected community partners to form new relationships. The UFP Armada is designed with a community focus at the forefront and we have been an influential part of the Star Trek gaming scene for over 13 years. What separates our Armada from others you may come across is our dedication to members and those wishing to align themselves with us.
We have an extensive history with STO, including interviews with influential developers, assistants and stars with more planned for the future. We also have a number of dedicated STO players who are always willing to help others out with builds, tips and tricks, helping players with their own goals, or just getting together for fun.
The UFP is currently spread across 5 total fleets, 4 FED and 3 KDF. We have a 60 day inactivity policy enforced for our primary fleets, but our alt fleets are unrestricted. The UFP currently has over 1300 active characters and 600 unique STO members.
We would like to be your home away from home among the stars. We support autonomy for all armada members, but we will also work to ensure that you have representation and a voice in matters affecting relations between different groups, the management of armada features, and an open line of communication to discuss concerns and questions. Your fleet will be recognised as an important part of our greater community!

ABOUT THE UFPLANETS ARMADA
Our Armada is designed with a community focus at the forefront and the UFP has been involved in the Star Trek gaming scene for over 13 years. You can read more about the history of the UFP here. What separates our Armada from others you may come across is our dedication to our members and those wishing to align themselves with us. We share an interest in the Star Trek franchise but also strive to uphold and promote the values of equality, respect, honour, and justice as described in the United Federations of Planets charter.
We have an extensive history with STO, including interviews with developers, assistants and stars with more planned for the future. Our community is often given exclusive access to these important game resources due in part to our organisation’s size and in part to the partnerships we’ve formed with our sources and the larger community. In addition to the dedication of our all volunteer staff, we also have a number of STO players who are always willing to help others out with builds, tips and tricks, helping players with their own goals, or just getting together for fun.
