My character shields are 0

Ever since I finished the feature episode my character shields have been 0 no matter what I try to do (switching shields around ,
equipping and unequipping them, relogging, relogging without shields then equipping them)

Can somebody explain to me...? (Intrepid Question)

Why does both the T6 Nebula and the T5U Nova have better tactical boff seating then the T6 Intrepid. (One of the many problems with that vessel). Did the developers NEVER WATCH Equinox? Where it was explicitly stated that the Nova Class was a short range science vessel, designed for planetary surveys, it was even directly referred to as the inferior ship.

"Regulation 191 (Article 14) In a combat situation involving more than one ship, command fell to the vessel with tactical superiority". Voyager had tactical superiority and NO, it was not because the Equinox was damaged, it is, the inferior ship to the much larger and more advanced Intrepid class.

So explain to me, in what universe were the devs living in when they gave the Nova a Lieutenant Commander Tactical Slot while lumbering the Intrepid with a Lieutenant slot. Oh and gave the Nova one extra tactical slot which makes NO sense. I understand this game won't be canon but COME ON! These are mistakes, I would expect from 1st year Academy Cadets XD

Why can't the Intrepid and Nova have their current boff layouts switched as that would make a LOT more sense.

Roulau ability change?

Trying to make a Sci build (My first) and after watching a few Youtube videos, they all recommend me to get a Duty officer called Roulau where emergency power to Aux gives +25% Exotic damage.

I searched the Exchange for him and when I found him he had a totally different skill/ability? Was he changed? and if so, who now (if anyone) gives the 25% bonus exotic damage?

we are in an almost Z-axes space game play, so why the hell can't my ship do an aileron roll and a vertical loop why does the ship stop at what 45 degrees up/down? and don't give me that "rock-n-roll stuff" I request an answer by a dev. is this something that can be worked on or are we stuck in 2D space?

Arc and Beyond

Lets start with the A's; AFK during Hive Onslaught, really AFK for participating get your coding right, fired and helped destroy mutiple cubes, dreadnaughts, and queen's ship then the system says I didn't participate and locks me out of all other queing.
Arc is either not connecting to Startrek online or is not updated to facilatate access to it out of the nummerous login attempts using it, it seems to work 1 out of 20. In addition, the Arc tracking the time played from using the Arc luancher doesn't work.
Lag is it hard for them to create an game that doesn't have somesort of coding error causing this problem. I've seen the Sierra starbase look like swiss cheese and didn't have this much lag outside of the PvEs.
Login to another character once logged in, okay you would think switching characters would be easy once logged in, however continued messages of Login server timed out, really can't be defined as a working game.
Update to the new 13.5 didn't really update anything, just left more problems to be patched in unscheduled server patchupdates. Episode missing key graphics from Worfs entry to the knife throw into Martok's shoulder, and if Quinn is supposed to talk and give a briefing then chalk up another failure.

Temporal Phase Capacitor & Red Matter Capacitor + Battery Expertise broken!

Temporal Phase capacitor: +15 Aux power (+10 all powerfrom battery expertise) (+25Aux, +10Wep,Shi,Eng)
Red Matter Capacitor: +25 all power(+10 all power from battery expertise.) (+35 all power)


When using these skills my batter expertise skills says It should apply +10 on top of the normal amount. Neither of theses skills is having the bonus added. It is only taking the highest skill. If I proc Temporal phase capacitor it will give +15 to AUX and +10 to everything else. If I use red matter capacitor it will only give +25 to everything and not the +35 it should.

This glitch has completely nullified the ability of battery expertise to be useful.

Game freezes during character loading (PS4)

While running around Nimbus 3, the game froze. After restarting, I can no longer load that character. The bar on the "Loading Nimbus III" screen stops at 2/3. I've tried waiting 24 hrs, reinstalling the game, loading an alt character (which works fine) and then switching characters. No luck.

Where do we go in game to get info on the new system like when it starts, what the prize is? all I see is a random pop up every now and then and no info when we click on it. Did cryptic not give us a window or info about it in game
