Anyone else ever seen this happen?

So yesterday I redownloaded the game to my current computer after a few years away. When I left I remember specifically having an EV suit, and I may have had it equipped when I left. Anyways, I log onto my character and now there is no EV suit, and I cannot equip body armor.

Has anyone ever seen this happen? If so, what did you have to do to fix it or does anyone have any idea that could resolve this issue for me?
