How many tier 1 ships are equal to one Tier 6 in a fight?

Just taking a number of tier 1 ships with level 5 captains and mk II equipment - how many would you think you'd need to take out one maxed-out Mk XIV-equipped Tier 6 vessel?

Any guesses? Any people willing to try?
