The bug preventing the use of B'Rotlh skin on the Kor Bird-of-Prey

QUESTION: Does anyone have any information from Cryptic that would let us know the status of kdf players being able to use the B'Rotlh skin on our T6/T6 Fleet Birds of Prey (aka KOR BoP)?
