Starfleet Intelligence has heard of some rumors about an Oracle being the Leader of ERP in the cloud. Intelligence Analysts have poured over this fragmentary item that seems to have been broadcast in old style communication waves. Their best effort at deciphering this is that somehow the Yonada Oracle of the People has been reconstituted but the programming has become 'preverted'
Senior Intelligence Analyst Colonel 'Bat' Guano believes that the Oracle is 'some kind of deviated prevert and is trying to organize some kind of mutiny of preverts' on Ardana in the Cloud City of Stratos. The Oracle must have rerouted the world ship of Yonada into orbit around Ardana.
We know from Captain Kirk's reports during his mission to Ardana in 2269 to obtain zenite to stem the plague on Merak II, that the Cloud Dwellers were prone to 'preversion' with the way they dressed. So the situation there may be escalating out of control.
