C-Store Zen Prices are a complete Rip-off imho

All of the stuff in the C-Store is of course 100% optional so you don't NOT have to buy it to progress through or enjoy the game. So if you've got plenty of extra $$, then have at it, there are LOTS of awesome things in the C-Store. I just don't feel that any of it is worth the prices they are asking. Especially seeing as most people earn less than $20 per hour of life that they give to their employer.

I base my expectations on the prices of downloadable content, whether it be expansions, vanity items, or whatever, around the average price of Video Games at the time. Which is now $59.99, but let's just round that up to $65 to include Tax. So that's $65 for a fully developed released title. All additional paid content should be of equal quality and value. So if DLC is released with a $32.50 price tag, the quality of the content should be equal to what the Player has already grown accustomed to from their initial purchase of $65, and the length of content should be at least half that of the fully developed release. Spending and additional $50 (Total now $115, which is the price of some Collector's Editions) on ZEN, should grant the Player WAY more than 5000 ZEN. Which will not get them much since items of any actual worth in the C-Store range from 2000 ($20) - 8000+($80) ZEN... that is absolutely ABSURD! Asking people to pay $20 just for a ship reskin, for example, should be criminal (kidding) as there are fully fleshed out, albeit some better than others, games for $20. So essentially you are asking people to pay the same price for a Ship reskin, which is pretty much just artwork with a lil bit of coding, as a fully developed game with coding, scripting, artwork, functionality, story, etc. Ri-frakkin-diculous!!

Yes the game itself is Free now and Microtransactions do help the developers keep the game going, not to mention food on the table, I get that. It still doesn't excuse the fact that a person can essentially buy the game 10 times over just trying to get all of the cool content. Yes the Player can earn Zen without having to pay for it (at least they could when I played on PC, but that was years ago, trying it out on Xbox One now) but that takes an excruciatingly long amount of play-time. Put in a 40 hour grind week and you'll probably only be able to buy a Key for the useless Lockboxes, which chances are will yield you nothing of significant value, especially nothing worthy of a 40 hour grind. (40 hours is obviously an exaggeration)
