Star Trek Online Severely Lacks Variety/Lack of Things To Do At Max Level

In a generic MMORPG like WoW, at max level, the main things you do would be Dungeons/Raiding, World PVP, Battlegrounds and Arenas, 4 different things you can do that take up a lot of time.

What about STO? After max level in STO there is STF PVE missions, Random encounters across sector space, Battlezones and Foundry missions. The part that severely lacks variety is STF missions, people constantly play the same ones because they play the ones that don't take as long for the same reward, others may take longer so they are not popular, there needs to be some reward to make up for that extra time spent playing.

I could also say there is Pvevp Space/Ground PVP zones, Space Pvp Que's and Ground Pvp Que's that you can do but PVP in STO has been neglected for a long time and most of the community doesn't even take part in it. I notice the PVP channel to set up organized matches is usually dead. If they had rewards for just participating in PVP que's and additional rewards for your team winning a match then I am sure more people would play but they just don't.

I hope they fix these problems since I enjoy mission/level variety when I play a game, I don't like playing the same mission/map over and over again in each play session since I usually play a game for 4-5 hours in 1 session.
