Crafting & Recalibration..

I not sure about re-calibration of kits on STO and how it could be implemented etc.

but on 'the Division' you pick up bits and pices, but then can re-calibrate the kits/mods etc.

this RNG of Sto sucks... but given the calibrate options...

this is a great way to do a dili sink..!

instead of a blasted lotto system.

any more ideas?
