You have reached the maximum rank, grade, and have attained the maximum number of Captain points

Hi guys

I thought that with the recent changes to spec points, I shouldn't be getting the above message anymore. I thought I should now keep receiving xp, and any time I hit a new level, it gets converted into dilithium ore.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Am I wrong?
