So for giggles, lets do something with a little twist of lime for next year. Lets have Mirror Leeta(of the ISS Enterprise) sneak into our universe and hack Holo-Leeta to help her steal next year's prize ship! Then we have to go to.... DUN-DA-DUH! MIRROR RISA!! ah ah.... *shocked gasps*
Ok so really, why? What would be the point? Glad you asked! Given the mirror universe seems to have two main foci, an over hyped love for violence and sexuality.(well that and completely nonsense plots/continuity even for Trek) Lets roll with that.
Dance Party: mostly the same but you end up with 2 new dance emotes. Pole Dance, and Pole Dance Advanced
Fortress Battle: Instead of sand castle building you take the quest and then go to one of the spawn points where you end up in a sand fort opposite an NPC tourist and you have to use your water gun to destroy their sand fort before they can do that to yours.
Powerboard Derby: Loose the flag grab, make it 3laps, add in a few different obstacles and "power ups" many of them not beneficial, and the point isn't to cross the finish line first its to collect points for avoiding things and making laps. Have some of the obstacles do HP damage, others make it incredibly hard to stay on the track, others stop you, etc. W points are awarded for participation, X for making 1 lap, Y for making 2, Z for making all 3.
Floater Hunt: Mechanically the same but instead of flying around holo-paths, your floater has a little pew pew gun and you chase down a little holo-UAV drone. Just a cosmetic change you still basically end up chasing it past certain way points and at those way points it gets more damaged lookin until you pop it at the finish, then go chase 2 more.
Horgaphallic Tiki Hunt: Pretty much as is now.

Risan Hunting Raptors: Less Cockatiel more Hawk
and for utter lulz
Chibi Bunny Girl: Instead of dumbass monkies with tiki masks we get these... their idle animations would be little poses and blowing kisses. Something so obnoxiously cute you get cavities from looking at it.

Store Items:
"Mirror" versions of existing clothing with color pallets reversed
Food with a more exotic flair, possibly lopsided with foods known for "virility" or aphrodisiacs
Water Guns - For use in the Fortress Battle event. Various cosmetic types with expensive ones making it faster to destroy the other fort.
"Premium Vacation Package" - Just an inventory item that has a highly innuendo laced fluff text, open it and you get a 20hr "great time" buff that does something similar to a tribble buff just lasts longer... ex: Slight HP regen boost and +2 Psi Damage resist
