Kits instead of Boff powers

So what does everyone think if instead of getting training manuals for our Boffs we could use Kit mods our captains currently use? I know this would only work on the ground and we would still need the manuals for space powers. But I figured since most of the Ground Boff powers are also Kit mods it would make sense as a QOL improvement.
