This has been an issue for some time. MY uniform in the Character Selection screen shows as my original uniform i had at the very beginning of the game. However when i log out on the ground i am in the correct uniform.
The odd thing is that this does not affect my Klingon, Romulan or 2nd Fed character, only the first one i made years ago. I altered his uniform every rank, sometimes just the rank badge and other times the entire uniform. I am currently using the Vice Admiral Coat.
